Campaign News: Further Bowstring Bridge Whitewash
More on this Campaign: Save the Bowstring Bridge 08 February 2008 Leicester Civic Society have been handed the following letter from Leicester City Council to Leicester Industrial Heritage Society which clearly shows that repair of the Bowstring Bridge was never a serious consideration. This reveals the 'Engineers Report' to be the whitewash that everyone had suspected:- |
